After building a 10-year career in hotels and restaurants in Kobe, Chef Ota opened "giancaldo" in Mukonosho at the age of 29 as the owner-chef.
In 2013, the restaurant relocated next to Venus Bridge. Incorporating the latest equipment and continuously evolving, the concept remains creative Italian cuisine.
Chef Ota can provide dishes for your event. (Please note that customers are responsible for providing dessert plates and cutlery.)
We offer catering for orders totaling ¥50,000 or more.

An ever-evolving Italian course menu priced at ¥10,000.
1st Course: "Antipasto" Marinated saury with spicy vegetable salad and bagna cauda sauce.
2nd Course: "Zuppa" Quick sweet potato soup with burdock fritters.
3rd Course: "Pasta" Bisque of Kawatsu shrimp with fujilou noodles.
4th Course: "Pesce" Fried blackthroat seaperch with Campari spheres.
5th Course: "Carne" Garcia pork with red onion sauce.
6th Course: "Pane" Onion focaccia, summer ciabatta, baguette.
7th Course: "Dolce" Chef's special tiramisu.
