仲本 章宏 シェフ

Born in 1979 in Kizugawa Town (now Kizugawa City). Influenced by growing up in the kitchen of his parents' diner, he embarked on a culinary journey after graduating from high school.

In 2001, at the age of 21, he set off to Italy alone. He worked at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence (until 2006), Restaurant Faraí in New York (until 2008), and Il Desiderio in Minami-Aoyama (until 2010).

At the age of 32, he returned to Kizugawa City in 2011 and opened Ristorante Nakamoto. His dishes express the essence of seasonal ingredients and pay homage to the local community through omakase courses.
