From my student days, I attended numerous renowned French cooking schools, and with each visit, I was deeply moved by the deliciousness and depth of French cuisine.
Driven by an unending passion, I completed the Le Cordon Bleu culinary program at the main school in Paris, earning my diploma.
I now lead a cooking and wine class called 'Cuisine et Vin,' advocating for 'Beautiful French Cuisine at Home.' I also run a one-table restaurant. Please enjoy our dishes, which use carefully selected ingredients and offer the quality of a Michelin-starred restaurant, along with homemade bread and delightful desserts.
