After graduating from Osaka's Tsuji Culinary Institute, our chef gained experience through training at the Granvia Hotel. Subsequently, they worked at various Italian restaurants, including Taberna Quinta, and are currently the owner and head chef at Trattoria Babibabi.
We highly recommend trying our signature dish, the Lobster, for an exquisite dining experience.
