After graduating from the Tsuji Culinary Institute, the chef began their culinary journey, starting with French cuisine. They then gained 10 years of experience in Italian restaurants before opening 'GARLIC Bar Aglio, olio' in front of Higashi-Mikuni Station in 2016 as the owner-chef.
This chef has a deep love for garlic. According to Chef Katsuki, they use herb garlic, which not only contributes to a healthy meal but also ensures that the post-meal aroma won't be an issue. So, everyone, including women, can enjoy it without worry.
