Chef Narita has dedicated 10 years to the world of Japanese cuisine and sushi. Today, he serves as the proprietor of Gyoshisushi Chota.
The owner of the restaurant is also a fisherman on Awaji Island, ensuring a daily supply of fresh fish from the island. You can savor the freshness of fish such as sea bream, kelp, mackerel, live whitebait, and octopus through our sushi and kaiseki courses.
The ¥10,000 course can accommodate up to 5 guests.
