Hello! I run the CandC Cooking Class in Okamoto, Kobe. Our concept is to make lessons enjoyable for everyone, including homemakers, and those who are just starting to cook. We welcome a diverse group of individuals. Our lead instructor, who is a bit flamboyant, is here to deliver the joy of cooking and lots of love to all of you with a big smile.

1st Course: Baguette with Crushed Nuts, Dried Fruits, and Cream Cheese
2nd Course: Chicken and Mushroom White Wine Risotto
3rd Course: Fish Tortino
4th Course: Eggplant and Scallop Tartare
