After graduating from culinary school, I am a veteran chef dedicated to Italian cuisine for 30 years.
Most of the ingredients, such as vegetables and bacon, are homemade and pesticide-free.
I cultivate them myself in a 300-tsubo (approximately 992.7 square meters) field near the restaurant.
The dishes, while simple, emphasize the quality of the ingredients.
Please enjoy the hand-rolled pasta made right in front of you and the prosciutto sliced before your eyes.
We also bring freshly baked bread every morning.

Pesticide-free vegetable and signature dish course for 5,500 yen (from 4 people).
1st Dish: Salad of prosciutto from San Daniele, Italy, paired with seasonal pesticide-free vegetables.
2nd Dish: Handmade pasta finished on the spot with today's tomato sauce.
3rd Dish: Duck loin with a honey flavor OR stewed domestic beef cheek meat with beans, accompanied by pesticide-free vegetables!
4th Dish: Finishing pasta - Spaghetti Carbonara with homemade aged bacon, authentic Roman style.
5th Dish: Special dessert - two types, plus a fruit platter.
6th Dish: Homemade vegetable bread baked in the morning.
■ Options:
・ Children's meat sauce spaghetti: 1,500 yen (tax included ¥1,650).
・ Special mixed pizza: 1,800 yen (tax included ¥1,980).
・ Meat dish upgrade (Domestic Black Wagyu beef): 1,500 yen per person (tax included ¥1,650).
・ Dessert assortment change to 5 types: 1,000 yen per person (tax included ¥1,100).
・ Dishware rental, set of 5 pieces: 1,000 yen per person (half price of 500 yen from the second time) (tax included ¥1,100).

6th Dish: Homemade vegetable bread baked in the morning.
