Chef Mimaki has a unique background in the culinary world, starting with Kappo cuisine in Shanghai.
His journey in French cuisine began at the wedding company "Take and Give Needs", where he started with wedding dishes.
Subsequently, he honed his skills in various restaurants and hotels, working his way up to the position of head chef, solidifying his reputation as a genuine professional.
The chef has a strong dedication to butter sauce and the precise cooking of meat dishes. He is eager for customers to experience and savor these specialties.

Curated French Course: 6,500 yen.
1st Dish: 《Appetizer》 Colorful tomato salad with mayonnaise, poached egg and baguette topped with chevre cheese.
2nd Dish: 《Fish Dish》 Sautéed fresh fish with vibrant green vegetables, accompanied by a butter sauce.
3rd Dish: 《Meat Dish》 Roast of Yoro pork paired with the chef's specialty risotto.
4th Dish: 《Dessert》 A dessert filled with the chef's passion.
Comes with a baguette.
