Having originally worked as a bartender, I discovered my passion for cooking. I embarked on a culinary journey, gaining experience in various cuisines, including Japanese, Italian, and working in different settings like restaurants and cafes. After honing my skills, I ventured out on my own as the third-generation owner of Yūshokuka in 2013.
Every day, I personally source ingredients and use my extensive experience to create dishes and offer a diverse selection of food and beverages, without being confined to a specific culinary genre.
