A chef with 40 years of culinary experience.
He trained in Italy at a two-star ristorante for two years and also has five years of culinary experience in Hawaii.
After returning to Japan, he worked for many years as the head chef in a restaurant.
He is currently freelance and enjoys cooking the dishes he loves.
His specialty is creative Italian cuisine.
He offers original dishes based on Italian cuisine, adding his own unique experience.
He is always mindful of handmade dishes and strives to create dishes tailored to each individual customer, something that is not possible in a regular restaurant.
