I have been working in the food and beverage industry since my student days. After gaining experience in Italian cuisine, I ventured into the world of French cuisine.

I trained at various starred French restaurants in the Kansai region, eventually assuming positions of responsibility.

I served as the Chef at the heart of Shinsaibashi's modern French restaurant, 'Entr'acte.' After the closure of the same restaurant, I worked as the Deputy Head Chef at a five-star hotel in Tokyo, the 'Shangri-la Hotel.' Upon returning to the Kansai region, I took on the role of Head Chef at a small luxury hotel in Kyoto.

I then established 'Racine,' specializing in catering and on-site cooking services, without operating a physical restaurant. My style involves incorporating modern techniques into classic dishes, expanding the possibilities of cuisine.

I am happy to offer my services for various occasions, such as parties, birthday dinners, and gatherings. Please feel free to contact me for inquiries.
