I have been working in the food and beverage industry since my student days. After gaining experience in Italian cuisine, I ventured into the world of French cuisine.
I trained at various starred French restaurants in the Kansai region, eventually assuming positions of responsibility.
I served as the Chef at the heart of Shinsaibashi's modern French restaurant, 'Entr'acte.' After the closure of the same restaurant, I worked as the Deputy Head Chef at a five-star hotel in Tokyo, the 'Shangri-la Hotel.' Upon returning to the Kansai region, I took on the role of Head Chef at a small luxury hotel in Kyoto.
I then established 'Racine,' specializing in catering and on-site cooking services, without operating a physical restaurant. My style involves incorporating modern techniques into classic dishes, expanding the possibilities of cuisine.
I am happy to offer my services for various occasions, such as parties, birthday dinners, and gatherings. Please feel free to contact me for inquiries.
For groups of approximately eight or more, additional staff may be required to accompany the Chef, and there is an additional charge of 8,800 yen (including tax) for staff expenses.

「日本食が食べられるかわからないのですが、日本に来た気持ちになれるようなメニューがあれば、、」という無理なお願いをしたにもかかわらず、快く受けていただいて、フレンチだけれども、日本の食材も使った日本を感じられるコースを作っていただき、本当に素晴らしかったです。
帰国後のドイツ人から「食事が本当に素晴らしかった」とお便りもいただき、思い出の食事会となりました。

当方1歳8ヶ月の子供がおり、騒がしい中、子供の食事についても面倒を見ていただけました。
我々の分の料理も非常に美味しく、食べ進み具合を鑑みて、一つ一つ丁寧に説明と共に提供してくださいました。
シェフのお人柄もよく、こちらの都合を優先してくれる方で、大変良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。
