A true culinary artist with 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine.

After a decade of training at the renowned traditional restaurant 'Imobou Hirano-ya Honke' within Kyoto's Yasaka Shrine, I now serve as the owner and chef at 'Wajun' in Karasuma.

I excel in dishes like 'owan' (soup dishes) featuring vegetables infused with Kyoto-style dashi (broth).

Please do enjoy the authentic flavors of Kyoto cuisine.

1st Course: "Appetizer" Early Autumn Seasonal Appetizer

2nd Course: "Sashimi" Assorted Sashimi of the Day

3rd Course: "Soup" Taro Dumpling with Matsutake Mushroom and Grape Ankake Sauce

4th Course: "Grilled Dish" Grilled Autumn Salmon with Yuzu-flavored Miso Glaze OR Grilled Yellowtail with Teriyaki Sauce

5th Course: "Tempura" Tempura of Seasonal Vegetables OR Tempura of Mangetout Peas
