Miyagawa Hiroyuki
宮川 宏幸 シェフ
Born in 1970 and originally from Fukui Prefecture.
After graduating from Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary School, he built his career at Ristorante La Vita and Trattoria Il Pappalardo in Kyoto. He later served as the head chef at Ristorante Chingiale (in Kameoka) and Italian Bar Il Piano.
In April 2017, he opened his own establishment, Osteria e Bar R, in Seta, his hometown in Shiga Prefecture, where he continues to operate to this day.
