Graduated from Kobe International Culinary and Confectionery School. While specializing in French cuisine during my student years, I lived the life of part-time work at renowned Japanese cuisine restaurants almost every day.

I then relocated to Osaka, alternating between the kitchen and the dining floor in restaurants. At that time, I developed an interest in pairing food with wine. Later, I participated in the launch of three establishments in Tokyo and Kobe. During this period, I deepened my knowledge across various fields, including nutrition, food education, and wine. I started PLUS T in 2015. The concept is '+ (more) T (enjoy eating)', where I create dishes with ingredients that are both nutritionally conscious and designed for wine pairing.

I specialize in dishes made with select meats and organic vegetables.
