A veteran chef who began his culinary career at the age of 18 and has devoted himself exclusively to Italian cuisine.
He has been the owner-chef of his own restaurant, Perdomani, since the age of 33.
Akashi fish swimming in the aquarium in the restaurant are directly sent from Shinhama Fishing Port.

Adult Italian course by a veteran chef with a lifetime of Italian 6,000 yen
1st Course: "Appetizer" - Flounder and Avocado Tartare
2nd Course: "Pasta" - Linguine with Seafood
3rd Course: "Fish Dish" - Baked Rockfish with Herbs, Served with Potato Purée
4th Course: "Meat Dish" - Braised Black Wagyu Beef Cheeks in Red Wine Sauce
