After nine years of training in hotels and restaurants in Kobe, I moved to Italy. I honed my skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and trattorias across the country. I offer dishes that prioritize the authenticity, seasonality, and regional flavors of Italy, including recipes from Michelin-starred restaurants and traditional dishes from various regions.
Please note that as transportation is by train, we kindly request customers to provide their own tableware and cooking utensils. We may have to decline service if tableware is not provided, so please understand in advance.
Lunch reservations are accepted until 12:00 PM.

- Seasoning: You can bring your own.
- Transportation: Accessible by train (a taxi may be required if walking from the nearest station takes more than 10 minutes).
