After graduating from university in 1999, I embarked on a career in the culinary world. I honed my skills primarily in Italian restaurants such as Kanobiano Kyoto, and also gained experience in traditional Japanese cuisine establishments.

In 2008, I took on the role of head chef at Ristorante Il Pimpante from its opening.

In 2012, I became the head chef at Ristorante t.v.b.

In 2017, I opened Pasto Genalare.

We take pride in sourcing the finest ingredients, including vegetables from Kyoto's Takamine and Higuchi Farms, as well as seafood and mountain delicacies from all over Japan, and select ingredients from around the world. Please indulge in our authentic Italian cuisine crafted with these carefully chosen ingredients by our dedicated chef.
