The chef started their culinary journey with Spanish cuisine and even studied in Spain. Upon returning to Japan, their interest and passion for pasta grew, leading them into the world of Italian cuisine.
They have incorporated the use of sherry vinegar, creating a fusion between Spanish and Italian cuisines. They take great pride in making their own handcrafted pasta. Please be sure to try their specialty pasta dishes.

The Spanish and Italian Fusion Course is priced at 6,000 yen.
1st Course: Appetizer - Spanish Mackerel and Potato Terrine
