A chef with over 35 years of solid experience, having worked in foreign-owned luxury hotels, overseas restaurants, and sake breweries.
The chef is currently the owner of "Western Cuisine Kappo Sora" in Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka, offering dishes based on Western cuisine, with influences from the American continents, Arab North Africa, and the Nordic regions.
With the concept of delivering delicious seasonal vegetables from the world's dining tables, the chef is committed to providing safe and healthy meals for vegans, vegetarians, and those with dietary restrictions.
Focusing on bringing out the natural taste of vegetables and using a clever blend of global seasonings and spices, the chef is dedicated to creating new culinary experiences that allow customers to travel the world through their cuisine.

お料理は全て美味しく、わたしは華やかな前菜の盛り合わせがとても気に入りました。主人はどれもおいしかったが特に魚料理が好みだったようです。お皿のリザーブや片付けまで全てテキパキとこなされ、また帰られる際にはキッチンがすごい綺麗にお掃除もしていただき、大変助かりました。
3歳の息子もおり、外食が難しいと思っておりましたが自宅にいながら両親たちと素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。またぜひお願いしたいと思います。
