After gaining experience as a bartender at "Osaka Blue Note" and "Grand Hyatt Tokyo," I ventured into the world of wine. I expanded my knowledge about wine while working for importers and wine producers. I honed my culinary skills at the now-closed French fine dining restaurant "Buldegaara," and also worked as a sous chef at the Basque cuisine specialist "Echola" and the French restaurant "Antrockt."

Currently, I have opened a Bistro specializing in Breton cuisine and galettes near Honmachi Station. We offer dishes that pair well with your own wine or a Chef-selected wine.

Please note that as it involves train travel, we kindly ask customers to provide their own tableware. In case you do not have tableware, please understand that we may have to decline the service.
